1. You hereby grant your consent to Erika s.r.o. with registered office at Špindlerův Mlýn 223, Špindlerův Mlýn, 54351, ID number 64259471 registered in the public register kept at the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, section C, insert 8352 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"), in order that, in accordance with the European Parliament Regulation of the Council (EU) no. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") processed this data

   3. Personal identification number
   4. Identity card number / passport number
   5. Permanent address
   6. Birthdate
   7. Nationality
   8. Email
   9. Telephone number
2. Name, surname, social security number, ID number/passport number, address of permanent residence, date of birth and nationality can be processed based on your consent and must be processed for the purpose of recording performance. This data will be processed by the administrator for 10 years.
3. Name, surname, date of birth, email and phone number can be processed based on your consent. This data will be processed for the purpose of sending commercial messages and for the purpose of marketing campaigns. This data will be processed by the administrator for a period of 3 years.
4. You give your express consent to the above processing. The provision of personal data is voluntary. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email to the address hotelgendorf@gendorf.cz or by letter to the address Krkonošská 153, Vrchlabí, 543 01.
5. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator, however, personal data may also be processed by these processors for the Administrator
