Rules and Regulations

Welcome to the Wellness Hotel Gendorf in Vrchlabí! We are glad that you chose our hotel for your relaxing stay. In order to enjoy your stay as much as possible and to make the environment pleasant for all our guests, please observe the following rules:

 

Arrival and departure:

• Check-in: Check-in is available from 2:00 PM. Please fill out the registration form and present the required documents upon arrival.
• Check-out: Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Please vacate your room and return the keys to the reception by this time.

Peace and quiet:

• Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Report loud music and behavior that could disturb other guests.

Wellness and fitness:

• The wellness and fitness center is open between 1:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., at other times by agreement with the receptionist. 
• Read and follow the rules before using the pool, sauna, or fitness equipment.
• Use the shower areas before entering the pool or sauna.

Dining:

• Snídaně se podávají v restauraci ve všední dny od 7:00 do 10:00 a o víkendu od 7:30 do 10:00.
• Other meals are available in the restaurant or through room service, according to the menu.
• If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform the staff.

Safety and hygiene:

• Keep valuables in the room’s safe.
• Follow hygiene rules.

Parking:

• Parking is available at the hotel's adjacent parking lot for a fee.

No smoking:

• Ve všech vnitřních prostorách hotelu je zákaz kouření. Pokuta za kouření na pokoji hotelu je stanovena na 5.000,- Kč.
  Kouřit můžete pouze na určených místech venku.

Losses and damages:

• The hotel is not responsible for any losses or damages to guests' personal property.
• In case of any problems, please inform the reception immediately.
